Without committing to weekly sessions, we'll use ART to process trauma quickly, helping you feel better faster.


You'll learn skills like grounding and mindfulness practices to help you cope through the process. Intensives can also include other therapeutic features like yoga, sound and meditation.

    Intensive sessions take place in person at 420 The Parkway, Suite K, Greer, SC 29650. We will decide on the duration, day(s) and times that work best for you during our consultation and screening process.
